Best man-made substances ever
A quick brainstorm with Gavin over breakfast in Telford yesterday resulted in the following two substances being nominated the best ever created by man: Marmite and WD-40. Any advance?

How about blue-tac?
KY Jelly
Blu-Tack (for that is its name) doesn’t make the shortlist. It’s rubbish. Here is my rationale.
At the end of a university year, when you’re pulling the posters off the wall, the stuff sticks too hard to the posters, leaving them corner-torn. When you do manage to get the Blu-Tack off, it’s filled with little bits of paint, which it pulled off the wall. Unless it’s improved in the eleven years since my university days, it’s not even worth a mention.
In short, rubbish.
As for KY Jelly, I have no first-hand experience…
As a Texan, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention duct tape.
I agree with you on that Blu-Tack junk… and its fellow products, which were not an improvement. Same results just add the occasional greese stain on the wall. Tack holes filled with white toothpaste always seemed easier!
Call me old school, but doesn’t Claudia Schiffer top all of these?
Plus, I’d imagine her manufacture is more environmentally sound then any of the stuff you’re touting.
