Which is better? Granary or white?

    Talk about missing the point… It isn’t as simple as granary or white, some is good and some is bad… You said, “There’s nothing beter than granary bread…” On the bread debate alone, a freshly baked bloomer is clearly better than the granary bread in the nasty Boots sandwich you were eating at the time… As for there being nothing better, you need to get out more…

    No debate here. White bread is the bread of the devil. It must be cast out into the sea, never to return.

    Hmmmm… depends if you like to eat something akin to dehydrated wallpaper paste (goes right back to paste the moment it hits your mouth) or an alternative that’s more natural, tastes better and has some substance.

    Granary is for beardy-weirdys and forms the cornerstone of a diet which typically includes things like falafel, chick pea nut roast bake and pond weed. White bread is mans’ bread. Simple as. Ask Brian Blessed what he prefers; I bet it’s the latter…
