“Being called small man” syndrome
A colleague recently started a conversation with me such:
“No offence to you, but the guy back there had small man syndrome.”
Why would I take offence? I’m a giant compared to some. And I’m tall enough for my feet to reach all the way to the ground.

Does this mean the guy with the syndrome doesn’t like small men – or is attracted to small men?
Or believe he was a small man in a former life?
Or is perhaps having de-constructive surgery to become a small man? (assuming he’s not that small)
Small man syndrome, also known as the Napolean complex. Quite prevalent here in the US.
