Excel help

In February, 21 people happened upon my site by searching for the string SUMPRODUCTIF. They would have got to this post, which is surfaced as the top result in Google. Hopefully I’m helping some people, which satisfies me hugely.

    Can you help me out with my VAT calcs as many receipts do not give the VAT amount (Apols for the grammar)Looking help with formula to do the following.

    Column A holds the Amount on the receipt including the VAT
    Column B States whether the item is VATable.
    Column C states the value excluding VAT if the item is VATable
    Column D states the VAT amount.
