Bowling prowess

I sometimes play a bowling game on Facebook. My bowling stats indicate that 48.7% of my bowls end up with spares, and a further 25.8% result in strikes.

Assuming randomness, and ignoring the weirdness of the last round of a frame, the chances of me bowling a frame full of spares and strikes are 5.3%. The chances of ten consecutive spares are 0.075% (one game in 1,328). And the chances of a frame with ten consecutive strikes are 0.00013%, or one game in 769,499. The odds of bowling twelve consecutive strikes for a 300 are 0.0000086%, or one game in 11,573,108. Ho hum.
